Vegan Board: Tasy and Diverse!

One of my favorite ways to brighten up an autumnal dining table is to whip up a vegan board with lots of color and texture. I love how it’s really customizable and uses a lot fewer mass-produced products than a traditional chocolate bar.

The Vegan Board

I have been shopping for this vegan board at Sspruts, my local store has some of the best staff in the area and a wide selection of items that can be bought in bulk to save money and reduce plastic consumption.

Miyoko’s new block cheese is made from smoked slices of deli food, but you can feel free to get creative, the possibilities are endless. You can add baguettes, add vegetable-based sausages to the list, or add bagels, pies, pastries, breadcrumbs, and even cheese.

Assembling the Board

I would like you to choose a large plate or plate first, from which to make a display and spend the rest of your vegan chocolate.

You can even choose two smaller boards and push them together and imagine where you want to place the pumpkin or the small pumpkin. Add a small bowl of jelly and mustard and then start building the board with the pumpkins and the small pumpkin. Usually, I start folding the deli slices and slicing the Miyoko cheese, then I spread out a bunch of crackers.

It should look really full and densely packed, so put the pomegranate and half of the grapes in the open space between the board and the large plate. Sprinkle the raisins, almonds, and pecans everywhere there is a gap and place on top. Once you have assembled your board, you can decorate it with autumn flowers and other decorations.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup of grape jelly in a small bowl
  • ¼ cup of your choice of mustard in a small bowl
  • 1 package of hickory Tofurky deli slices, folded
  • 1 block of Miyoko’s oat cheese, sliced or cubed
  • 1 box of Late July classic crackers
  • 1 pomegranate, halved
  • 1 vine of purple grapes
  • 1 package of raspberries
  • 1 package of blackberries
  • ½ cup of golden raisins
  • ½ cup of raisins
  • ⅔ cup of almonds
  • ½ cup of pecans

The vegan board is tasty, nutritious, and can satisfy every taste! It will fuel a great workout in Central Park!

I’m quite sure that these veggies will find a spot!
